If Tom Felton and Rupert Grint are most of the reasons you watch the Harry Potter movies, this is your group. You don't need to like both of them to join, just one will do. I do it all the time when i join other groups. You can do anything in the group as long as it's not perverted and don't curse, because i'm still a teenager. Even people who like any Harry Potter actor or actress can join, as long as they aren't violent. Just speak your opinion.
