I tried to reply to the original post but it was saying the message wasn't
available. Anyway... according to Charlaine Harris's blog... June 14 is the
unofficial start date for the new season of True Blood.
Robyn
PS. Has anyone noticed getting virus warnings when a page loads in the message
area here? I got 3 this morning.
Canna I think we are all having withdrawals! The latest that was from an
official source (Charlaine Harris by way of Alan Balls' assistant) says June 14.
So everyone is anticipating that date. Can't wait to see more of Stephen! I've
re-watched Episodes 1-12 on DVR maybe 3 times each this month!

Feb09:Title:ALL OF BRENTWOOD THEATRE’S BACKSTAGE FACILITIES ARE ABOUT TO BE
COMPLETED! **********The builders move back on site on 23 February, and this
final phase of the fit out is due for completion at the end of May. In less than
four years, we have raised about £400,000, which will have been efficiently
spent providing outstanding facilities for the local community.*********We
reopened on 1 November as planned, to a complete sell-out with the kids from
BOSSY performing FAME. Also attending FAME was our Patron, STEPHEN MOYER,
currently in America from where he sent this message:*********‘I am currently in
LA filming the second series of TRUE BLOOD for HBO. True Blood was nominated for
two Golden Globes, one for best dramatic TV series and one for best Actress,
which Anna Paquin won for her role as Sookie Stackhouse. And, the American
Cinema Editors (ACE) just presented TRUE BLOOD’S Michael Ruscio and Andy Keir
with the 2009 Eddie Award for ‘Best Edited One-Hour Series For Non-Com
Television.’ We cannot wait until the show launches in April in the UK when I
hope to dash back to see how this final phase is progressing.’********We are
honored beyond words that fans of TRUE BLOOD from America and all over the world
– including author CHARLAINE HARRIS -- have contributed nearly FIVE THOUSAND
POUNDS in the past three months, which has also ensured that we had enough money
to go ahead with this final phase!!********Productions will continue without
interruption during the final fitting out, with the builders working around
rehearsals and performances to bring into use a new theatre office, washroom
facilities, a galley kitchen, and a multi-use space which will be able to be
used as a dance studio (with full mirrors), rehearsal area, overflow dressing
room, or even a forty-seat studio theatre.********Naming opportunities are
available, as well as corporate sponsorships. Please contact Mark at mark

My fault - all new members are moderated for their first few posts so I
can avoid people spamming the site which was a big problem in The Quiet
Years before True Blood.
You are now free to post as you wish!
OK, I don't know where my post went so if it shows up twice, I apoligize.
Hi Jean,
Yeah, Shad works hard. She's in Italy so normally is up looking for
stuff well before we Americans are up in the morning.
Speaking of which, she has put a notice up on the Vault, looking for
help from British fans for when True Blood starts up there in the
spring. Here's the post from the Vault...
True Blood will start airing in the UK in April on FX Channel. Stephen
Moyer will go to the UK to promote True Blood and I expect major media
coverage.
I need somebody in the UK who is willing to help me out by making
scans of newspaper and magazine articles about True Blood in the
British media, which will be published on The Vault.
If you are interested contact me: shadaliza@...
Thanks!
I don't know if anyone here is interested, but if you can help, please
contact Shad, she would greatly appreciate it.

Yes Shad works hard at it. She's in Italy so she's usually up before
we Americans adding stuff to her site. By the way, she's looking for
British True Blood (or Stephen) fans that can help her once the show
starts up there this spring.
Here's her post on The Vault:
True Blood will start airing in the UK in April on FX Channel. Stephen
Moyer will go to the UK to promote True Blood and I expect major media
coverage.

Thanks!
I figured that since this list was started by a British fan and has
been around for such a long time, that there might be someone
interested. If you are, please contact Shad. She would really
appreciate it.

Hi everyone! I'm new to posting to this group, but I've been lurking
for a while. Like you, I fell in love with Bill Compton and it's now
become a Stephen thing.
Another great set of sites is http://www.stephenmoyerwebring.com/,
which includes:
The Vault http://www.trueblood-online.com/public/
Fansite http://www.stephenmoyer.net/
Board http://stephenmoyer.yuku.com/
I noticed that stephenmoyer.net was already in your links, but thought
I would mention the other 2 sites as they are great. The Vault deals
with all of True Blood, while the yuku board is home to a great bunch
of people and there is a lot of info, pics and other goodies about
Stephen.
I also wanted to mention that I've uploaded some of Stephen's movies
to youtube under the camelot7414 id if you want to watch them.

Press Release – for immediate release:Brentwood Theatre, Essex, UK congratulates
ANNA PAQUIN - best known for winning an Oscar at the age of 11 for her role in
THE PIANO and for playing Rogue in X-MEN – on her winning the 2009 Golden Globe
for Best Actress in a Television Drama, HBO’s TRUE BLOOD. Ms. Paquin plays
Sookie Stackhouse, a telepathic Louisiana waitress who falls for a vampire with
a conscience. And playing that vampire is Essex’s own STEPHEN MOYER, Patron of
Brentwood Theatre! Attending the ceremony with Ms. Paquin, Stephen commented, “I
am so pleased for Anna. This series has been so well received in America, and it
is great that the critics recognise its impact. Last week, we started filming
Season Two, which takes us through until July. I am hoping to return to
Brentwood in April when TRUE BLOOD launches in the UK on The FX Channel.”TRUE
BLOOD is a rather raunchy, utterly captivating story of vampires freely “living”
among humans, thanks to the discovery of synthetic blood. Alan Ball – writer and
creator of HBO’s acclaimed SIX FEET UNDER and Academy Award winning AMERICAN
BEAUTY – dramatically adapted the popular Southern Vampire books written by
Charlaine Harris, whose heroine’s supernatural abilities make her a target by
all manner of night creatures. Through Steve's Patronage of Brentwood Theatre,
TRUE BLOOD fans have donated nearly four thousand pounds in two months -
including a generous donation from author Charlaine Harris. These kind gifts to
“STEPHEN’s FUND” will be invested in the completion of the community facilities
at the Theatre. The final fitting-out, including a new multi-purpose community
room, should be completed by Easter. Before hitting the big-time, Steve was
directed by Gaynor Wilson, who now runs youth group BOSSY, the first group to
perform after the rebuilding with “FAME” -- which Stephen came along to see in
November. When asked about his protégé’s success, Gaynor said, “BOSSY are
delighted for Steve on the success of TRUE BLOOD and send all of their good
wishes for Season Two. The students can't wait to see it! Also, many
congratulations to Steve’s co-star Anna Paquin on winning the Golden Globe!”
“The fantastic responses from their American fans and supporters is quite
overwhelming. 'Stephen's Fund' will make such a difference to companies like
BOSSY, who will be putting the new community room to such good use during
production week for 'Ain't Life Good!' at the end of April… which we hope with
any luck will coincide with Steve's return for the UK's 'True Blood' launch, so
that he can see the show.”BOSSY is the youth acting section of the Brentwood
Operatic Society, comprised of boys and girls between the ages of 11-16 years
who audition for participation. They are among forty-plus non-professional
organizations that call Brentwood Theatre home.Naming a brick and/or obtaining a
signed certificate from Stephen are still options! For more information, please

From what I've heard and everything I know re: the net... no one in
their right mind should belong to Grouply. Every other group I
belong to has banned people who belong to it. I can not see any
reason to give carte blanche to someone I don't know and hand them
my Yahoo password on the proverbial platter.
That said, there are a number of false requests like this being
passed around.
Either way you won't get me to belong to it. I won't even reply to
their messages asking to remove myself. I don't trust them enough
to even give them a verified email address.
