I think have a photograph of Marcy/Tangy in that dress posted on Ron Raines
Online. I was trying to figure out what the setting for the photo was, and you
all may have helped me answer that question.

Hell Yes I want to see Marj back on AMC!!! She would get a lot more air time
there than she did at GL the last few years and it would be great to see her
acting with Vince again!

I agree with Laura in the eligibility of the show for the Daytime Emmys. But for
me the last show was a bummer. In that It didn't let us know what happened to
Jeffrey and Edmund. That it sped forward a year?! I would have at least thought
3 months. Beth

As Kim Zimmer said in a recent interview, keep watching fans, and keep writing!
We don't need more game shows or more lame talk shows. I'm surprised that the
network didn't do what they did with "AW" and "ATWT" (Jake) and bring over Reva
and Josh as rumored. As for Marj, while I'm sure retirement and time with the
family is the most important priority, I wouldn't mind seeing her on the two
remaining NY shows ("ATWT" or "OLTL") as an Auntie Mame like character who
appears on occasion to lighten up the drama.

I know!! I watched it again and again!! My absolute favorite part of the last 2
episodes was the Alexandra and Fletcher scenes, I just wish they would have

That would be great. I just wish AMC did their episodes online; a I don't have
(and don't want) a television...

I honestly think her last week on Guiding Light was Marj Dusay's BEST acting for
the soap. I also seriously believe she was the best actor of the whole soap
this week...

All My Children, A/ABC — Is Marj Dusay returning?
• Alexandra Spaulding who? Insiders are buzzing that the show is in talks with
Marj Dusay to return as Vanessa.
Not sure if it's true yet...haven' t talked to Marj about it. But I do know,
from reading the AMC boards, the fans clearly want her back!!
I, for one, would love to see her back as well! Are ya'll with me?

Did everyone watch? Give that lady an Emmy!! Marj, you should really submit
the scene where Alex breaks down in Fletcher's arms for your Emmy nom. That one
scene spoke volumnes!!
Love ya lots!
Janice
Marj,
It has been a joy to watch you "work your magic"
and make the part of Alexandra Spaulding your own.
You filled the biggest shoes in Daytime and gave the
character elegance, grace, comedy, and pathos. Marj,
you chose not to go the route of having ice water in
your veins, but instead explored a far more down to
earth approach.
You were given storylines which decimated your
character and you somehow made them work. No one loves
the character of Alexandra Spaulding more than I do
and I thank-you for all your fine performances.
This past week we were all reminded of what you
can do and boy, I cried a river. You left everyone in
the dust and reclaimed your crown.
I know a special someone who is looking down and
is so very proud of you. I see Emmy gold in your future
and hope you submit tapes for consideration.
Be in good health, happy, and full of joy. Thank-
you for the memories. God Bless.
Lots of Love,
Jay
I could not have said it better myself! Thanks for all the memories you have
brought me in your portrayal of Alex! You are the best!
Love you,
Mike

Subject: [marjdusaysofficialchatclub] Thank you , Marj!
For the years you've given us as Guiding Light's Alexandra Spaulding.
From the day you appeared on my TV screen as Alex, I became enamored by your
beautiful presence and incredible acting! From 1993-2009, you were given stories
to sink you teeth into and stories that made us say, "WTF?" Anyway, whatever the
story, I have followed you reliously on GL.
This final week of GL the writing for you has been incredible and you've given
more than 100%! I'm saying right here and now...you will receive an Emmy next
year!
Thank you for making Alex real and classy! Whatever the future holds for you,
please know I'll be right there with you cheering you on!
God Bless Marj Dusay! See you in October!
Love you lots!
Janice
