Born March 7, 1971 in London, England the 5' 7" Rachel Weisz studied English at Trinity Hall, Cambridge where she formed the Talking Tongues theater company and at 1991's Edinburgh Festival won a student drama award for a play she wrote and acted in. Her mother, Ruth, is a Viennese-born psychotherapist (who wanted to act herself, encouraged Rachel to try theatre). Her father, George, is a Hungarian-born inventor. She has dated several famous people including actors Alessandro Nivola and Neil Morrissey and director Sam Mendes. Rachel currently lives in a $450,000 London apartment and drives a Jaguar.
