Dear friend:
Greetings: Please read this letter to the end, you will not regret
it; on the contrary you will be happy you did. I am a retired
attorney. A few years ago, a man came to me with a letter, he asked
me to verify the facts that this was a legal thing to do. I agreed
to review it and get back to him. When I first read the letter I
thought that it was some "off the wall" idea to make some money.
When I met with him in my office I told him the letter was 100%
legal and asked him to make one small change to that letter.
I decided against participating but told him, after how he explained
how it works, to keep me updated on his results. Two months later he
called me and he was very excited because he has received of over
$800,000.00 in cash. I could not believe him, so he asked me to try
it myself. Two days later I decided to try it, I followed the
instructions exactly and mail 200 copies. Money started coming in. I
kept a precise record of the earnings and in the end, it totaled
$968,493.00 I could not believe it. I met with my friend to find out
exactly how it worked. He told me that there are quite a few similar
letters around, but this one is different because there are six
names at the end of the letter, not five like some others. This fact
results in your name being in for far more returns. The other fact
is that the whole thing is legal, since no one wants to take the
risk of doing something illegal.
Now you want to know of the small changes to make it legal. You must
actually sell something in order to receive a dollar in return. So
when you send a dollar to each of the names on the list, you must
include these words, "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST", and
include your name and address. This is the key to the program. The
item you receive for the dollar you send to the six people below is
the letter.
When I first tried the idea I was earning a good living as a lawyer,
but it comes with a lot of stress. I told myself if things work out,
I would retire from my practice and play golf. I decided to try the
letter a second time, but this time I sent 500 copies. By the end of
three months I totaled $2,344,178.00.
These are a few reasons a person might give for not trying this
program:
- They think you can not make a lot of money with anything so
simple.
- They are afraid that others will make fun of them.
- They dream of large sums of money but they do nothing about
it.
- Some are just plain lazy.
- Some are afraid of losing their investment. They this
program will just take their money.
This program works, but you must follow the simple instructions
exactly and in less than three months you will receive over $8000,
000.00 Guaranteed!
Keep what you are doing just to yourself for a while. Many will tell
you it will not work and try to talk you out of your dreams.
Be honest and this will work for everyone.
Instructions:
1. Send each of the six people on the list below $1.00 wrapped
with a note saying "Please put me on your mailing list"; include
your name and address. It is this important to follow this in order
to make the program legal.
2. Remove the top name, move the others up, and put yours in
the sixth spot.
3. Make a least 200 copies of the 3 page letter.
4. Purchase a mailing list from a company for at least $20.00
for 200 names and they will ship them the next day. Each name is on
a peel and stick label. Request names of people categorized to have
requested moneymaking information within the last 45 days. You may
order your list online at www.mailing-list-mlm-com or by phone at 1
(877) 792-1116. You can also use your own list and resources.
5. While waiting for labels place copies in business envelopes
and place postage stamp on envelope.
6. When labels come in just peel and stick them on the
envelopes, drop them in the mail and watch the money come in.
7. Keep a copy of this letter so you can use it a second time.
Mail out again in six months, but mail it to the addresses you
receive with each dollar. It will work better the second time.
NOTE: THIS SERVICE IS 100% LEGAL – REFER TO TITLE 18 SECTION 1302
AND 1342 OF THE POSTAL AND LOTTERY LAWS.
1. Anna Mathiason- P.O. Box 80533 Billings, MT 59108
2. Linda Nierste- 205 Rustic Ridge Drive, Garland, TX 75040
3. Seth Magee- 75577 Old Corpus Christi Hwy #1002, San Antonio,
TX 78223
4. Louise Green- 7823 52nd street, Tuscaloosa, Al 35401
5. Eli Haggar- 10553 Whispering Hills Lane, San Diego, CA 92130
6. Ruben Rios- 4221 Central LN, Balch Springs, TX 75180
How does it work?
As a conservative rate of response assume for example you get a 7.5%
rate of response:
1. When you send 200 letters, it is estimated that at least
15people will respond an send you $15.00
2. These people will mail 200 letters each so 15*15 = 225
people will send you a total of $225.00
3. These 225 people will mail 200 letters each so 225*15= 3,375
4. These 3375 people will send 200 letters each so
3,375*15=50,625
5. These 50,625 people will mail 200 letters each so
50,625*15=759,375.00
At this point your name is dropped off the list, but so far you have
received $759,375.00. It works every time, but how well depends on
how many letters you send out. In the above example you mailed out
200 letters. I guarantee the Math is correct. With this kind of
response, you have got to try it once and I am sure you will want to
try it again.
This system was made for the purpose of accumulating capital, very
fast and honestly. Once again this is not a chain letter or illegal.
Letters from participants
My name is David Rhodes. In Sept. 2000 my car was repossessed and
bill collectors were hounding on me. I was laid off and my
unemployment ran out. In Oct. 2000 I received this letter. I was
kind of skeptical but because I was so desperate and had nothing to
loose I gave it a try. About3 months after mailing 200 letters, I
was able to take my family on a 10 day cruise. The very next month I
bought a new Mercedes with cash. I built my dream house in Virginia
and will never work again. This program really works every time. I
never failed to receive less then $500,000.00 from every 200
mailings. This is a legal money making opportunity of a lifetime.
You do not need to sell anything or get in contact with people. Best
of all you only leave your house to mail letters and go to the
mailbox. If you have always believed you would some day get that
lucky break, then simply follow the instructions and make your
dreams com true.
David Rhodes, Norfolk, VA
Six Months ago I received this letter and ignored it. I was cleaning
my office and came across this letter again. After reading it the
second time it caught my attention, maybe it was the timing. I
decided to try it, two weeks went by and nothing happened. The third
week I received just a few responses. The forth week was
unbelievable. By the third month I received over $400,000.00 For the
first time in years I was debt free. I strongly recommend you to
follow the instructions and watch the quick returns. Best Of luck to
you.

Pushy? perhaps. Remember though, that he was trying to help them save
their jobs, and you could tell from the very first that all the dogs
on the team, with the exception of a very idealistic Kodi, were just a
bit on the lazy "don't really care" side. Having written some stories
with Balto as the main character, I've come to believe that Balto is
an excellent judge of character in most cases.
As for the other? Don't have much I can say on that account....

they needed to devote so many minutes just to bring home the point
that she has a crush on Boris. I mean, that was obvious already,
so..? And I'm sure I'm thinking too deeply about the mating rituals
of geese, but what did she really see in him anyway? She just like
swooped down and was instantly in love, and you never learned
anything about what happened to her previous mate, right? (Or was
that in the song? I don't know - I FFed. Even the first time, I
FFed!!) Also she was sort of an attractive goose (If you like that
drama queen type of personality in your goose) so you'd think other
geese would be all over her.
"However, I liked the plot
> a LOT more than in the second movie."
**Yeah, it was much more complex, and things happened that affected
other things. Wolf Quest was so linear, nothing else was happening,
and it lost all momentum and got repetitive easily.
Other stuff:
**Wasn't Balto kind of...*pushy* in this movie? There were a couple
of scenes with the sled team where he seemed all uncharacteristically
competitive. Like when he says, "NO One gives up on my team ! NO
ONE !!" He didn't sound like Balto. More like some overly-
aggressive high school football coach.
**Isn't there an anal fixation in this movie ? They use the
word "butt" like four times, and several more euphemisms for it
throughout. I think every 20 minutes there's a reference to
someone's posterior.
:o/
~Baltoship's Butt
I agree on all counts. And they could've done without the
show-stopping goose song and dance routine. However, I liked the plot
a LOT more than in the second movie. And I'm going to be starting a
fanfic shortly to help develop Kodi a bit more.

So who's seen it? Probably most of the fans, I'd guess. It was
released quietly. I haven't seen any commercials for it or anything.
At first I was worried because the cover art is pretty horrid (worse
than B2) but I liked it a lot more than Balto 2. That was a nice
surprise and I'm actually hoping they make a fourth one! Even the
animation in this one was a *tad* bit better. For example, Jenna is
actually ON MODEL in one scene! Balto is almost there, too, in a
couple of scenes.
Of course, a lot of the animation is as bad as Balto 2. No one has
fixed Balto's Long, rubbery, archy neck, or his short, stumpy legs.
But at least his eyes are yellow again!! Yay !
The story is much better in Balto 3, too. There is more
happening, better interplay between all of the characters, more
excitement all around.
So, it's not a *great* movie, but it's definitely an improvement
over B2. The major things I didn't like were the two songs in the
middle (Pointless and lame !) and the weird way that they spend so
much time developing minimal characters (The two dogs in the
beginning, Stella) and no time at all developing the important ones
like Duke and Kodi ! I found Stella to be a little too much.
Pretty annoying. Actually I FF through her song every time !

Just found the trailer while surfing the web. It has a few spoilers in
it, but I've uploaded it to the files section of this site. Courtesy
of your friendly neighborhood fanfic writer. BTW, the clip is in
English...ignore the Japanese characters at the bottom...

Glad you're liking it. Be sure to leave some feedback in the reviews
section on fanfiction.net too. Pass on the word to other Balto fans
too ;-) To be perfectly honest, I also got tired of the typos and lack
of plot...That's why I started writing this in the first place. I'm
hoping that Balto III can come up to par. I found the trailer btw. It
has the makings to be a good movie, but then, so did Land Before Time
as of the third one...
Hopefully Universal won't screw this up.

I'm enjoying it. I'm only on part 7, but it is a fine story and well
fleshed out with new characters. It's great to see how well written
it is, too, like with correct spelling and such, no typos, good
grammar, etc. It sounds petty I guess, but for me it is so
distracting to have to get through usage errors and bad spelling just
to read the story!
I like how you wrote for Boris, and how refreshing it is to have
Jenna as a solid character with something to say. More like in
Balto 1 and not the boring pushover she was in the sequel.
Still reading. More later!

**Oh yeah, I did mention that a few posts back, didn't I? I am on
the Goldlist at Yahoo, though I don't post there very much. It is a
great list and very active, but there are a couple of flamers there
(actually they are in the middle of an argument with one now) and
it's not a free topic group. Plus... hm, you didn't hear it from me
but sometimes the atmosphere there is a little bit... *weird*. I
don't know, but sometimes I just get a weird feeling from some of the
posters.
Anyway Mysterious Cities of Gold.. Yeah, what a show !!! You can
get really NICE DVD bootlegs at ebay now. I've also heard that
someone (Warner?) purchased the rights to it and will be putting it
on DVD officially sometime in the future?
Just an awesome series. So gripping. LOVE Mendoza ! I've been
letting people borrow my copies one tape at a time and then laughing
while they beg me for the next one !! :oD
" How about Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea?"
I remember it was always on right after the cities of gold, but for
some reason I just never got into it? I watched it several times,
but I have always felt that it never had quite what MCoG did, and so
it has not earned the same fan following...

~Baltoship
Glad to see you're back. Be sure to check out my fanfic...probably
sometime after tomorrow. Apparently, fanfiction.net cut out all
symbols from my story and wouldn't let me doublespace between sections
of my story. Hopefully it's fixed.

How about Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea?
Hey guys, I just found out that once again, my chapters were out of
order on fanfiction.net. It should be fixed now. So if you were
confused by the opening, try reading it from the start again.

Glad you're liking it :) I've noticed that some fanfics tend to be
poorly written or written like a script. I set out to change all that,
and, yes, I've been writing on it since...well, I actually forgot when
I started it. It was sometime in December or January I think. Like
I've said many times before, I never set out to write a Balto 3; I
just wanted to fill in some time gaps and explain why the
devil-may-care Balto of the first movie was all for leaving the wolves
in Wolf Queste to deal with their own problems, not to mention keeping
Aleu out of the mix. Please do leave me some feedback. I'll be opening

Wow, thanks for the link! I have not had time to read it all, just
the first pages, but I really like how it is written. It's so LONG,
too! It must have taken you forever, but I love to see such well
crafted work !! It is detailed and realistic; it sounds
more "adult," too, like a sophisticated story that would be
believable.

Does anyone know if there are some good pictures from the new trailer
anywhere yet? It's way early I know, but Mr. Computer doesn't seem
to want to cooperate with the whole downloading/saving/opening
thing...
It's kind of exciting to think of Balto 3 and hope that it will be
better than Balto 2. At least the story seems to be more rooted in
reality, and more like the original Balto. (For some reason I would
prefer the story to be "stolen" from Balto 1 rather than the Secret
of NIMH, as was B2 !!)
I wonder if the characters will be drawn better this time, too?
(Closer to model, at least?) It'll be good to have an adventure-type
story again rather than the more.. uh.. mental journey that Balto 2
was.
Fingers crossed.

I don't know if anyone visits this site anymore, but if so, check out
my new fanfic at www.fanfiction.net. You can search for author under
the name eagle_205, with a category of movie crossovers (It's not
really, but it fills in some gaps in Wolf Quest and ties in some other
great fanfics). Or if you want to look for title, look for "Balto
Untold." It's a horrible title, but give it a chance, Please. I'd
appreciate any feedback.

Hullo, my fellow (hopefully) animal lovers. You may or may not have
heard of this latest rising power in the world of Animal Welfare -
Sue Steinberg.
Her goal? To euthanize and gas 80-90% of all kennel dogs and cats on
the east coast. Already hundreds have been put to death at her hands.
She has been reported to refer to herself as, 'the Dog Hitler.'
Sounds like a lame movie, doesn't it? Unfortunately, she's all too
real and she already has quite a following among shelter workers who
don't want to deal with the guilt of euthanization themselves.
HBO recently aired a 'documentary' on this woman and her work,
putting her on a pedestal as a big-hearted lover of animals.
While I myself did not have the opportunity to see this program, I'm
sure they left out all the puppies put to death because they did not
pass her 'tests.' What 'tests,' you ask? These abandoned animals are
brought to her, bewildered and confused, for her to pass judgment on
them. Right there, on the spot, their future is determined. Almost
all of them fail - Like the six-month old puppy, Oliver who took
food 'too eagerly,' from a handler, a supposed 'sign of later
aggression'. Or the countless dogs who showed fear, timidity, or
hesitation at being put in these strange new environments, some
abused, many having had minimal human contact in their lifetimes.
Steinburg holds seminars in which she passes judgment on animals in
front of an audience, refusing to answer questions and growing
angered at those who attempted to write notes regarded her actions
throughout the seminar.
Ms. Steinburg has been reported to admit that even her own dogs could
not pass her "Assess-a-Pet" test.
She relates personal stories of convincing owners to pass their dogs
on to her, promising them that the dogs will be re-homed, "with the
one and only goal of euthanasia."
Dozens of her employees have left her, sickened by her actions, but
others still rally in her defense, taking comfort in the fact that
they will not have to deal with the deaths of these animals
themselves.
Those of you who are disturbed by this and want to help can write to
Ms. Steinberg at suesteinberg.com, but choose your words carefully as
this woman is suit-happy. If you want more information or would like
to help me with something a bit more discreet, please e-mail me at
either sarawolf77@... or zeki@....
Help stop the slaughter!

I actually watched *Balto* on there a few weeks ago! It was so cool.
(Why is it so cool to watch it on TV instead of video? It's the same
movie, but I guess it feels more "official" to have it on tv..?)
Today I was looking around the dial and found one of the Land
Before Time sequels on Cartoon Network. It might have been the
second one - it was one of those early ones where it starts with
the narrator having to give this summary of the dinosaur life and how
they live in the great valley and such. Seems like the later ones
don't do that. I guess they figure everyone knows it and is sick of
it already by the 6th sequel.

**It seems like people are wowed by 3-D, though. Finding Nemo was
pretty, uh... "simple" in terms of plot - moreso than any of their
previous movies. But it's so pretty and the imagery is original, and
I think that is why people were impressed with it. If it had been 2-
D, I think it would have been much less popular, and people might
have knocked it for looking too much like The Little Mermaid.
Brother Bear, too- If it had been 3-D, I bet it would have made
gobs of money.
Of course, right now it's hard to separate what is actually
appreciated in these films vs. what the audience will trust enough to
risk their money on. With 3-D around now, too, it kind of makes 2-D
films look.. "cartoony" I guess, so people are especially more likely
to go for All-CGI movies.
I think Pixar could pull of really good 2-D movies, though, and
people would trust them enough to go see them. Disney... hmm...
Hopefully Lilo and Stitch and Brother Bear are indications that they
are getting *away* from the Atlantis/Treasure Planet THING, and if
they went 3-D, they could even make lame movies (maybe) and they
might still be popular since people are so in the CGI mood now.
It will get stale after a while though, for sure.

**I am one of the (few, I guess?) people who has not gotten into
Anime. I did not think much of Princess Mononoke or Spirited Away.
They are lovely and artsy and all but... I like a movie that explains
its stuff and doesn't leave all the... "mystery." Too often with
Miyazaki, there are just all these unanswered questions. It needs a
touch of Shyamalan, perhaps, lol.

**Yeah, and it also came after two really BIG movies, (Nemo and
Pirates) and maybe that cursed it with the "Hopes Up/Disappointment
Effect," a la Pocahontas..?
Yes, winter is not a good time for a movie like that. Maybe they
thought it would fit better because it's kind of a wintry movie with
snow and ice, but summer would have been WAY better.

I actually heard the news months ago. It's sad, but it's going to
happen. However, there may be hope in the form of Pixar, once they
finally split from Disney. I hear that they plan partner with
another studio (the name eludes me right now), and work on
traditional animation. As for Disney, I don't see them succeeding
much without Pixar. So it's a matter of time as you say, before they
re-explore tradition animation (don't know if it'll be cell or
digital though).
As for traditional animation, it's not completely dead. Maybe
American studios have forgotten it at the moment, but there is still
animation to the East. Very good animation. Even if some people
cringe at the name, anime, I do believe there is a series or movie
for everyone. So while waiting out the American storm, you could
always turn to Japan for your entertainment values. ^_^;
As for Brother Bear, I thought it was a pretty good movie. I went to
go see it on opening day. I think it would have done better if it
had been a summer release, and not a fall one. November is a
terrible time for movies. December isn't much better, as they tend
to be all lumped together and released around the same time.

Well, it's really sad, but I guess Feature Quality 2-D animation is
going to go into hibernation (Ok, NO MORE Bear Puns. I promise. I
know we're all sick of them),
or at least take a break for a while after Home on the Range.
I am totally saddened by this, and mad, and surprised. And other
things. But mainly just sad. Now, I do think that 2-D will come
back eventually, like maybe after people get tired of 3-D and want
something new, but probably only in a limited fashion. I think part
of the reason this happened was the Attack of the Disney Sequels.
Ok, it was mainly how craptacular most of the recent 2-D pictures
have been, but I think the mass production of so many lame sequels in
a row had something to do with it.
(I don't really blame Balto 2 for this, since it was not as
commercialized, and only the Balto fans really know it exists.)
But I think people have learned now to associate 2-D with either:
1. Lame movies
or
2. Cheap sequels
I think it is a little ironic that Disney's recent love affair
with horrible sequels might have had a small part in the "death" of
traditional animation, something they were pioneers in.
I like the 3-D movies also, but traditional animation is just
so... CLASSIC. And it's more the characters and story that matter,
anyway, not the animation style.
I thought Brother Bear was QUITE good (As good as Lilo and
Stitch, anyway) and it could have made a lot more money than it did
(About 81 Mil) if only people weren't so jaded about the animation
style. It's like they won't even give it a chance now. I am
thinking maybe Home on the Range will flop, too, just because people
won't give it a chance.
Then again, I'm sure it won't be long until the 3-D Genre starts
turning out some mediocre Action Flicks, or just straight
*turkeys*... And then maybe people will be more open to traditional
again?

I have been watching Cartoon Network lately (now that I get extended
cable - Yay for me.) and it seems like they don't have that many cool
cartoons on. I was hoping they would have more classic cartoons and
80s series, but I don't see those on there very often. And the
... um.. "after hours" programming... ? Hmm.. No offense to anyone
but, I HATE those shows !! I can't believe they put stuff like
Aqua Teen Hunger Force on DVD, when the classic 80s cartoons like The
Mysterious Cities of Gold aren't available anywhere. It just
doesn't seem *right* !
Every once in a while they play that Balto promo... "From the
network that brought you.." so it briefly seems like Cartoon Network
might be cool, but after Family Guy and Futurama, it's just this
long, downhill slide.
