Welcome!  LeonardWhitingFans is an unofficial group for fans of actor Leonard Whiting.  Leonard is best known for his role as Romeo Montague in Franco Zeffirelli's film production of "Romeo and Juliet" released in 1968.  However, Leonard began his professional career in 1962 as a child actor and singer on the London stage.  Although he ended his film career in 1973, he continued his stage career and explored creative writing, as well as other forms of the performing arts.

At LeonardWhitingFans, you will find a comprehensive biography in the group files which contains articles, audio and video files, as well as a photo gallery filled with rare images.  It is a group designed by a few, but it showcases the generous donations of many.
